Yes, there are 6 that are very noticeable.I also noticed the possible smaller one around the right nostril earlier. So sorry that it does look like multiple lesions. It might be good to get a necropsy on him by your state vet if you lose him.
If it sounds squeaky it could be caused by respiratory illness, or maybe one of the lumps growing in his throat or lungs. Or caused by the one by his nostrils.Yes, there are 6 that are very noticeable.

It's weird, I'm also thinking cancer as a possibility. The cause, I'm unsure, could be multiple factors.@MysteryChicken, and @Aunt Angus what are your thoughts about this?
