I don't understand...

I'm sorry for your losses.
The heat can be a factor. Perhaps you can install a fan in your coop. Have it blowing air out the vent and fresh air will enter through the other vents, indirect airflow. You dont want the air blowing directly on your birds.
I have fans inside all my coops, two in one of the bigger coops. I have fans in the pens as well.
I shut the fans off in the coops in the mornings when I let the birds out for the day. Then turn the fans on in the pens. Visa versa in the late evening when the birds go to roost for the night. I hope this helps.
With my coop set up, I think it'd be hard to install fans. 🤔
Do you have pictures of your fan setup?

Do you have any ideas to help cool them off in the day?

I'm so sorry.... Can it somehow fit your way of doing things and get the necropsy and then request the body for burial? That way their deaths might lead to preserving more lives.... Just a tiny suggestion. I'm sorry. I have dealt with many deaths and each one affects me, even those not ours over here... I'm just sorry.
I mean, I could do that. I may consider it if I have another death.

It might be easier if you post pictures of your coop. I use an old greenhouse, later horse barn. It has 5 large windows and a big door. I have a fan in the back window pulling air from the door and 4 windows through and out of the coop. Having tons of ventilation and shade really helps.

Sorry for your loss. Heat sounds like a good possibility. I do home necropsies when I lose one. Pictures can be taken to post here of the organs. Then you could bury the chicken.
I think it'd be too hard for me to do a necropsy myself. 😖
Of course, the professional state vet necropsy if more thorough and they can do testing.
I'll be considering that if another one passes.
Shade, multiple water stations, water pans to stand in to cool, windows, and fans are all good.
I have all that, expect fans.
What fans are good to use?
Hopefully, this won’t keep happening.
:fl

Ok, I'll get some pictures soon. Although, there are some in the coop link on my profile, we have changed it some though so it's a bit different now.
We did make mistakes when building, not enough coop space and ventilation, most of that is fixed now. We're still in the process of making it better.
