Wow, how cute, would love to see more pics when they hatch out! Is this a common practice, to dye the chicks? How long does the dye last?

I am sorry about that baby that died...I recently had 14 eggs in the incubator...all were looking good - day 19 I took them out and moved them to the hatcher...4 hatched (I helped one) another zipped - then I waited and waited and they all died - even the zipped one

humidity was 80% and temps didnt spike

even the duck egg died..why do they do that

they were all developed - had great air bubbles...I cannot understand why they die so late in the game - just like yours...

Can anyone suggest anything?
