I feel bad.

A baby chick has a strong instinct to be with other baby chicks for comfort and safety. I agree with @Evadig that getting one or two more chicks would be what this chick needs.

You can raise it alone, but you will need to provide the safety and comfort the chick needs by giving it a lot of attention. At night when you need to sleep, place the chick in a fuzzy cloth or sock so it will have something to snuggle with. Be careful, though, that there are no loose knit yarn or threads that can strangle a chick.
What? I mean We already out in a Cloth. It's a bed but can't snuggle it.. So I need a sock? Tell me your wisdom please

Give it a stuffed animal and a mirror for now and be sure it is warm anough and has food and water. Also check it for pasty butt. One chick alone is a bad plan, and it's actually your sister's responsibility.
My sister is in grade 2. I did most of the work tbh. What do you mean by Pasty But? But I'll make sure to find a small stuff for the chick.

Are you familiar with swaddling a human infant to warm and comfort them? By taking a fuzzy cloth or even a sock, and placing the tiny chick inside the folds, it will conserve the chick's body heat while giving them a tactile sense (thigmotactic instinct to snuggle with other chicks) of comfort.

You still need to supply an external heat source to restore heat loss due to down being a poor insulator.

In the Philippines they usually don’t use an external heat source for chicks. Even with it being almost winter in the US it’s still getting up to 90F during the day and around 80F at night in the Philippines this time of year.

I am not quite Familiar.. We also don't have any thing that produces heat or what. The only fuzzy cloth is a unused boxer.

As @HollowOfWisps pointed out, you may not need to augment the external heat for the chick as long as the air temperature is close to the chick's body temperature. If it's 32-35C, the chick will not lose much, if any, body heat. Anything cooler, though, perhaps at night, a heat source in the first couple weeks may be a good idea. You can use a little plastic bottle of warm water. The idea is to give the chick something that resembles another chick to snuggle with. You need to use your imagination.

26° degrees if it's night. But How warm should the water be? Not too Hot but not too Warm where you can't feel the heat?

Also you said I could give home a sock. How can I give him a sock? How can I set it up?

Anything the chick can snuggle with. At night, you can place the chick inside the sock with other soft fabric nestled around it to simulate snuggling with warm chicks. Just be careful of loose threads and fibers that can be inhaled or swallowed. These small fibers can kill a chick so choose carefully which fabric you use.
