I Feel Guilty Update Pg. 3!!! Puppy Prozac!

Thanks guys for the support. I'll be calling local poodle rescues to seek their advice. When he's in his sweet moods, he's a joy to have around. I'm just so tired of having to watch when I push him off the bed, or open the front door.. He's fine with adult cats, but the kitten has started something in him that's not calming down.

I see it like this the dog was there first and it would be much easier to rehome the kitten.

Also I don't agree with putting animals down just because you can. I think it should not be allowed.

I would look into a rescue or no kill shelter.

Good luck!

Arabian, that's how I saw it at first too, but then I see it as I am the alpha in this pack. What I say goes and he needs to fall into rank. Otherwise he is controlling me.

Sorry to go off topic, rodriguez, but is that a haflinger in your avatar?

Good luck with the rescue... I tried to do the right thing for a husky about 2 years ago. We were told to just shoot her next time she was in our goat pen. We couldn't do that, so I talked with the Mom down at the farm (actually our neighbors) and she said that she couldn't keep her tied, and the dog would not stay like their others do. I told her I would take the husky and get her into a breed rescue so she wouldn't be put to sleep (husky was only about 1 year old at this point). So, she agreed (she honestly cares about the animals, and did not want this dog to get hurt while wandering, or to simply be put to sleep), and I took the dog. Turns out getting a dog into a breed rescue is harder than one would think

They wanted the history on the dog, she had to be spayed, and needed to have all her shots. I was left wondering what the point of the rescue was... I took the dog so she didn't get shot by another farmer, or hit, or ..... and they wouldn't help at all. So I found a wonderful spay/neuter clinic, we got her spayed & micro chipped all for only $130, and she is now with us 2 years later

Different situation than yours, but my point being that rescues aren't always what they're cracked up to be

If the right thing for you and the dog is humane euthanasia, and you can bring yourself to do it, it is not a terrible choice. Hope you are able to make the proper decision no matter what it is!

Wow, from that angle (lol) he looks just like my hafie gelding. I have a mare/gelding pair and they are the apples of my eyes.

Pogo's eyes are crusting over...have no idea why? When I washed them, he snapped at me. After that he went and marked alot of the furniture. Not helping his case at ALL.

spirit, he's my babydoll...a giant arse, but a babydoll just the same!

Cazy, if your GS attacked you twice, I would have put the dog down. One time too many. Particuarly if someone is a young child.

i sort forget that not everyone lived in my world and the first time was my falt i sneak up front real early in the morning to wacht Power Puff Girl and he was real sick and no one know(he use to be able to hid when he was in pain real good) and well his sister die close to the time i went by and rub his tummy and he snap barly and miss but it stilled hurted and the other time we don't really know what happen because me, my older sister , and baby brother sneak out with him to play with the disk-thing that we play with and i ran to cachet it and trip and well we only guess that he was trying to help me back up

and plese don't be like 'oh you panters should have wachet you and you silbling better' but it was our(my sisters brother and me) fault alot because we are a handful alot of times and I can sneak of real eaiser then others because getting bullyed at school make you learn how to stay away and where to hid from thing/people
