It is still 75 here in NJ at !!:00, so I left my 4 week old calls out in their pen. They started calling me to go in the house @ 7:30, but I resisted and tried not to listen to their peeps, it was so hard! At @8:30 they stopped peeping and quieted down. I set up a heat lamp in their shelter which is attached to their pen. I have already gone out twice with a flashlight and they were in their little pool just floating around. I am so nervous. Will they know enough to go in their shelter if they are cold? I don't think I am going to sleep much tonight, lol!!!

There's a little victory dance for you! At 75 degrees, I can't even imagine them being cold at that age. But most animals, even young ones, know enough to go in when they get uncomfortable. You should be able to relax. LOL. That said, I checked on mine regaurdless of what Common Sense said. LOL, what does he know anyway?
