Layer feed is fine. Black oil sunflower seeds are a nice healthy high-protein treat for your birds.

oatmeal, yogurt, tomatoes, corn, cabbage, head of lettuce.
That's the stuff mine go crazy for. They also love any kind of cooked squash and applesauce!
Really, they seem to like just about anything.

I couldn't get Zebb to though, he seems more reserved. They are outside in their run and they love it!

We got our first egg today!!!!!

It's not her "first egg" but it's ours! I showed my mom when she got home from work and she was so excited (she has become surprisingly attached to our trio)
Here is the egg, it's a lot smaller than it looks. I doubt we will be able to build an incubator in time for this egg, but I'm keeping it ready, just in case
