Have you ever cared for an atricial baby bird before? That's what the naked ones are called, that or something like it. It's not like baby chicks, where you give them food, water, warmth, and they do the rest. You'll have to feed it every few hours, actually hand-feed its food to it, and if you don't feed it the right things it'll grow up badly malnourished. They're not easy to raise.
What are you going to do with it when it gets bigger? Are you going to get another of the species for it to have as a companion, since they're social, or are you home most of the day and able to have it out of its enclosure all day to interact with it? Either you have to keep a social bird with others of its species, or you have to be willing to be its mate, with the near-constant contact that involves.
