Bass Pro Shop has three of them that swim around a little stream inside the store. I love them. They're so pretty! Theirs are so laid back, but I imagine that's because they have no choice but to get used to people.

Just a little note about these ducks before you decide: They fly so you'll either need to keep wings clipped or build a closed in area for them to stay. Also, they are extremely flighty birds and rarely feel comfortable around people. Every time I feed mine, they freak and fly around their pen. I hear they're somewhat hard to breed though I've never tried it. They are very quite and don't have the traditional quack. Just remember, mandarins are wild birds and most likely will always stay that way.

Or you can Pinion on one side.

You would be better off pinioning them. Clipping isn't sure fire, and if you don't keep up on it you'll lose your birds.
