i havent been to the doctors yet. but i will asap it really depends on when i can actually get there.

I had this problem when I was about your age -- mine was a fibrocystic lump. It doesn't have to be caused by changing birth control, it can also be triggered by caffeine intake. Do you drink coffee or tea or caffeinated soda? Once I cut back on my caffeine intake, it went away. But before it did, it was really painful, and it came up really suddenly.
Check with a doc just to be safe... but my guess is a fibrocystic lump. They are common in young women, whose breast tissue is still young and tight (according to my doctor)... I get little lumps all the time, but as long as the lump "gives" if you push hard on it, then you don't have to worry (again, according to my doctor). If it gives (i.e., it's not rock hard) then that suggests it's just fatty breast tissue that's sort of knotted up, and not cancer.

ETA: I'm now 26 and I still get small lumps, just not big painful ones, like I did when I was your age.

i drink alot of soda, ive cut back when i read what you posted and its down to the size of a pea now. but the bad thing is i found another lump in my left breast and this one isnt painful at all but its enough to make me worry.

i didnt drink any soda and now the lump is gone im so happy the one on my left isnt gone yet but hopefully it will be soon

When I was a teenager I used to get very hot painful breast lumps from time to time. Doc said it was clogged ducts from hormone fluctuations. Ouch!
