OH noo the chicks that were in the hatcher pecked at the shell and the membrana . The heat from the incubator cuased he skin to tighten onto the duckling and so i had to put warm water on the skin to loosen it but when i did it made some more of the skin to rip and bleed and now the duckling doesnt seem to good . Its still in the shell but not really moving . I keep checking on it and touching it to try to stimulate it . What should i doo ??:|

I don't think the heat would cause the membrane to dry and shrink, that sounds like humidity.
