THe downfall of cheap Wyoming land is proximity to cities and towns and way shorter growing seasons. THose areas down near Manchester and Barbourville also have gas royalties, timber,mineral and coal rights.

seen that site plenty of times,gorgeous country around the parks. Bitter long winters,grizzly bears and lots of wolves.
