I found one blue egg 7 days ago, but nothing since then...

We have EE and Bielefelders that are 21 weeks. One of the EE started laying (light brown eggs) about 2-2.5 weeks ago. I know which pullet it is from and she has been laying fairly consistently every 1-2 days. Last Friday there was also a single blue egg laying in the middle of the run. I haven't seen any more blue eggs, but today I found a white (maybe light gray) laying in the hen house floor under the roost. Should I be concerned that I haven't found any more blue eggs in a week? Is that normal for new layers?

Every aberration is normal.
It isn't uncommon for them to be slow to start or stop after a few, especially after fall equinox when days are getting short rapidly.
