Angel wing is a cosmetic issue, the real problem is if the condition was caused by poor nutrition then the birds overall health will be impacted, I’d expect underlying renal health issues would arise eventually, kind of like a person eating junk food and greasy foods to the point they get heart disease, though I’m not a vet. Here’s more information on Angel Wing. https://www.metzerfarms.com/AngelWing.cfm
Salad is good for geese, carrots, lettuce greens, cucumbers, kale, are all wonderful nutricious treats for geese, if she wants some it’s perfectly fine as long as their are no croutons, and salad dressing.
Geese are picky eaters so don’t be surprised if she doesn’t like something, they’re like toddlers. Other treats she can try are, apples, plums, peaches, fresh squash, melons, blue berries, blackberries, raspberries, broccoli, spinach, oranges, and tomatoes.
Foods not to give her are potatoes and the plant and leaves of a tomato, chocolate, avacado, and onions.
You’re doing great with her!
