I got a bator!!!!

I put them all in at the same time. I put X on one side and O on the other side for turning. you can also buy a turner on ebay.

do NOT add as you go along. the last three days you must change settings and if their a few days apart, you don't have a last three days, as the chicks are different ages. and I turn mine generally three times a day and I do a 180 to turn them. put an X on one side and an O on the other side of the egg and start them all out on an X so you can keep up with which ones have been flipped

I only get a few eggs a week, can the eggs just sit on their side doing nothing for a week until I get a few more from my girls???

I dont think so as the egg needs to be turned for exersize and needs to keep from sticking

what if I still turned them, they just wouldnt be incubated for a few days

I store mine in a egg carton and tilt the carton from side to side every day until I collect what I need to go in the incubator.
