Good for you for getting a shekter dog. I have one and he is great. My dog is mutt, mutt, mutt. I can't see any recognizable breed in him
I def, see shepherd in her, but I would like to point out is you can also tell alot about dogs by their personality too. If she ends up herding your chickens into tight herd, I'd say collie too. As she gets older watch her closely then research the breeds you expect and see if they match.

PS, I have a shepherd chow mix that looks nothing like that, but I think she has more shepherd in her than anything else.

If you really want to know (and have the extra money), you can buy a DNA testing kit. The link I listed below is a little pricey, I know I've seen the kits for about $50 in other places.

I was thinking the same thing...does she have blue spots on her tongue?

Just reread the posts and missed yours on the "no spots yet" LOL Mine had blue spots from the start and they got bigger. She sure is a cutie!​
