Is there a specific breed that will lay double yokers more times than less? Or are they all your normal single yoke egg laying chicken?

I don't think there's a specific breed that will give you more double yolkers. I have received double yolkers from my BR, BO and my EE. They lay "normal" eggs then all of a sudden you get a double yolker.

Laying double yolkers is hard on a hen and can lead to injury. It is not a trait I would encourage.

Actually sex links are your best bet for doubles. They do it often. Of course they do not breed true but if all you want is double yolks who cares.
