I got a sick hen I don’t know what’s causing it, help please

When did she last poop?
Photos of her poop would be good.

If she's not pooping, then she may be having trouble expelling an egg.
Get some Extra Calcium into her by, 1 Calcium Citrate+D3 tablet once daily for 5 days.

Work on hydration and offer her her normal feed. She's 3, so the feed you've been feeding is adequate.
She last pooped yesterday I just couldn’t find it since she was with all the other hens but I managed to get a photo and I checked her and there was no obstruction in her and I will try the calcium if it helps. Her water I add electrolytes and vitamins to help make sure she’s hydrated. She also drinks plain water by choice.

Do you have roosters?
I will check her for bugs and scaley leg mites but I did see some lice. might be an issue. When I checked her vent it was covered in poop (the butt fluff)and I’m not sure she has a egg in her and no obstruction in her when I checked but she pooped on my hand (thank goodness I have gloves) and her undercarriage does feel sharp and she is skinner then usual. Nothing seems to be wrong besides that and she is foraging when she’s let out.
Do you have roosters?

Is she blocked? Can she poop? Can you clean her fluff and make sure her vent is clear?
the vent doesn't seem blocked and she can poop ( she pooped right after I checked her vent for obstructions) and Im sure I can try to clean her fluff and make sure its clear

Her comb looks a little dark red. Her tail position may be down. If she could be egg bound, I would offer some human calcium 300 mg or a Tums given orally. What do her droppings look like?

Her droppings are watery and her tail is down although her comb I think has brightened up from pale to red

so since y'all have asked me all these questions and suggestions do you think its a disease or something else? (parasites , virus, infection,???)

Could she be egg bound? Have you given any calcium yet? Has she been eating anything or drinking fluids? Get some permethrin garden dust from a feed store. Prozap or Gardenstar are some familiar brands. Put it in a sock and dust them all over the skin and under the vent. Repeat it in 7 days to get the newly hatched lice.

I don’t think she’s egg bound and she is eating and she does drink water.would diomataceous earth also work?
