I got a sick hen I don’t know what’s causing it, help please

Could she be egg bound? Have you given any calcium yet? Has she been eating anything or drinking fluids? Get some permethrin garden dust from a feed store. Prozap or Gardenstar are some familiar brands. Put it in a sock and dust them all over the skin and under the vent. Repeat it in 7 days to get the newly hatched lice.

I agree, I'd give the Calcium once daily for 5 days and get some Permethrin dust and treat her for the lice.

See if she improves.

I am not sure it was contagious because I couldn't isolate her from the other hens and they seemed fine and treated her as normal.yeah losing her was very sad since she was a very lively hen and used to hop on my back for fun.
