That is neat. My chickens are so lazy. I have to knock the beetles into a bowl of water and serve them up that way.

My chickens would destroy a garden,thats why I have muscovies to eat bugs and grass but not my plants.

I'm going to try one of the beetle traps and add a metal hose to the bottom so when the bettles fly down the tube it will be a dinner bell for the chickens.

None of my chickens will eat Japanese Beetles. I have tried numerous times to entice them. Are they the only ones that refuse, or are there others out there?

ETA They also refuse to eat the Asian Ladybugs.
