I got my first eggs this week!

It is truly exciting! She is a Rouen and I thought her eggs should have been blue or green, but they are white.

Also, don't they lay one a day? I am only finding them every other day. Could she be hiding some?

Ooh lucky you! Still waiting on my eggs, but they are young....so next season! This late in the season, I suspect they won't lay every day or very frequently

We are going to try the eggs tomorrow for breakfast! One egg for each of us. It is funny because we were suppose to have 2 hens but one turned out to be a drake. lol So we have to fight for the eggs now!
