I got my first Mille Fleur Cochin egg today!

I am super excited! I am hoping they are fertile so I can hatch them. And it couldnt be better timeing I just orderd 2 brinsea 20 eco incubators! The first one will be here friday and the second one should be here monday or tuesday! I really cant wait to see if they are fertile!

Oh how awesome! I'm getting some mille fleur eggs next Thursday/Friday for the hatch we're setting next weekend. I saw some mille fleur bantam cochins in my son's next-door neighbor's yard, and I was watching them play and scamper and how the roo was taking care of his little flock of hen-lets and I just fell instantly in luve with them! How can you not? I can't wait to hatch mine!

Gonna have to build another little pen for these banties now. Heheh.

Sweet. I am trying to find some in Oklahoma. I have tried the ebay route which didn't work out too well. (low hatch rate for one group, high for the other) We'll see. Good luck on your hatches!!

our weather is super cold! Its been sooo cold for so long I cant stand it any more! I cant wait for spring.
