I got my first quail fairy egg. Boy it sure is tiny!

Sometimes they even have tiny yolks in them. This one is so small, though, that it probably has nothing but a bit of white in there.

Oh it’s so cute! I got two fairy from one of my quails. They were even smaller than that one! All they had was white in them though.

I took a bunch of hard boiled and dyed quail pullet eggs to a potluck brunch Sunday (Easter), they were so little I didn’t know what else to do with them, everybody thought they were candy! Imagine a dish of fairy eggs or even button quail eggs!

I finally opened that tiny egg. It had nothing but AIR and half an egg shell inside of it. Coolest thing I've ever seen. Looks like the half an egg got a solid print over it and solidified in a thin shell. Bizarre
