i got my FR's today!

they have the cutest behinds. these are the cutest things i've ever seen. i'm getting way too attached to them. they are very curious and when i look in the brooder, they are very friendly. i wish my ameraucana's were that way.

Where are y'all ordering your FR's from? I want to get into meat chickens next season, and I'm pretty sure I'd rather have FR's than Cornish X.

The FR are doing so good!! I had to move them to the big brooder today! They are cute little boogers..I think they are going to be harder to process than those ugly pink and white things!

I like the fact that they have feathers on them. Cornish Crosses look like fat, bald, little babies to me.

They look prehistoric to me!! I'm afraid one day they will weigh 2000 lbs, and stomp on the horses....
