I got my PUPPY!!!! Updated pics 9 weeks!

I got my little Great Pyrenees puppy today. She's 6 weeks old and is AKC. I have been saving up money for a while for a dog, planned on getting a different dog, couldn't and then found her. She is so beautiful! I still haven't named her, I NEED HELP.

Very adorable!!! I have wanted a pyr for many years!!! However 6 weeks is way too young to be away from its litter. Make sure she is socialized well because not having mom and her littermates around for a few more weeks could cause problems down the road.

Yeah it's a little young. We went to pick out and paid for her. They said to go ahead and take her home. Mom said to. I couldn't resist. As soon as she has her second puppy shot, she will start going to parks and such. I am socializing her with the neighboors right now. They adore her.

I would wait until after her 12 week shot before taking her to the dog park...just to be safe..better to be safe then sorry..BTW,,she is adorable..congratulations..

I think we figured out what I'm going to name her. Lily and in her registered name, something Easter Lily. Probably Heaven Sent Easter Lily.
