i got some two week old chicks on has fallen behind

Got some chicks today two weeks old and one isn't and big or developed as the rest and i gave him some water and it came back out his mouth but has gotten more energy.Its little crop is very small compared to the others .I have rooster booster but haven't gave and my did make magic water and gave them and ,any pointers would be appreciated.

Sounds like it might have gotten some of that water down the wrong pipe.

Can you take a short clear video of the chick right now and upload it to Youtube real quick?

He isnt doing anything out of the oridnary gaping or anything pecking at food good i did run some through a blender and sifted it fine and fed with an eyedropper .I'm hoping he can get healthier with better care.
