I got this chick from my hens and he doesn't look like any of my hens

My guess that it’s either from the black one or the hen with the black around it’s neck(this is the one I think). I just hatched chicks from this breed and they look similar.

Wait until it molts, things will change again.
Most"breeds" are a mix if breeds from back in the day. Sometimes those things come back around later.
