I got three black chicks that should have been yellow. What is this? Gender?

I got three skunk colored chicks with feathered feet sent from the hatchery. I ordered three black tailed red marans (Chicks are yellow with feathered feet ), and I think I accidentally got three black copper marans. They are four weeks old. If they are black copper marans, this one a Cockerel? Note the comb development and the tiny bit of copper on the wings.

I ordered 17 chicks of several breeds. Received 19, one dead on arrival. I have identified the others, but the black chicks (not all pictured here) should have been yellow. you do know your breeds! You are correct on the others I ordered.
