I got three newer chicks

I tried to put my three newer chicks with my older chicks and they just wasnt havent it and wanted to pecked them.whats the best way to get them to accept them?

Keep them separated for a bit where they can see each other but not touch. after a few days, they should be fine.

I've done that they have been in separate pins for a few weeks and they still want to peck them. And I got their coops built side by side so they can see each other
