I looked out my kitchen window and I saw a pile of dead chickens

But it wasn't of course...just my little Silkie, Lulu, teaching her adopted babies how to take a dust bath

My first babies did the same to me when I took them outside for the first time and they just kind of flopped over and sunbathed

I actually freaked out and picked them up!

aww.. Lulu is such a good mommy.. I as well witness a couple of my flocks did that once i thought they all dead, my heart sunk so low.. that i ran to them so i can hug all of them.. but as i ran towards them.. they all got up and i stop and i inhaled and exhaled relieve that they got me good.. lol

Yep, that's happened to me too when my chickens sunbathe....I'm sure they're laying out there dead until I walk over to them and they look up like "what?"
