I hatched this chick without an incubator and this is what it looks like.

I would set up a brooder box with heat and stop trying to heat the whole room. A light bulb can be enough heat around 95 degrees in a small enough area for your duckling as it will need to escape that heat after its dry and on its feet. What do you have ready for feed for your duckling? I would get feed with water all set up in a brooder box getting it up to temp and move your little to duckling into that
I was going to ask this- when she can moved to a heat lamp. Shes sitting up scooting around. I'm glad because my thermostat is right outside the bathroom door. They said wait 24hrs so I'll just have it handy. Should I use my thermometer to make sure it's at 95 degrees? Should I still moniter temps closely or are we past that point?

I fully understand you are trying to do everything you can for your little. Don't beat yourself up we all learn from our mistakes. Let's just make this a much easier/fun process rather than a panic attack.
Thanks for the help I'm just stressed and tired.

Yes, I would get it going asap and do use thermometer to get 95 until your little is fully dried. You can move your duckling as soon as you get it up to temp.

You mentioned Nutri-drench, that would be good to have in water for hatchling to drink to help in getting strength up and active. Feed and water in brooder box ready but not trying to force anything until hatchling is ready. Your hatchling should continue to gain strength and be on its feet by morning. When it does get on its feet you can dip beak in water and then feed gently letting them know where and what it is. You may have to do this a few times before they get the idea but don't try and force anything.

How are things going, hopefully well?
She's doing good. I gave her some water and decided not to give food until she can walk around and flush it with water on her own. She talks to me a lot.
