I HATE COLD WEATHER

I really miss the sun on my skin - I'm so bundled up all the time and its so darn cold that the sun hasn't touched my arms or legs since AUGUST!

I'm not depressed by the cold and snow, really I in many ways like it. I get out the 4 wheeler, tie a long rope to a saucer sled and pull the kids around the fields.

I also like the way the snow/ice looks on everything early in the morning when I go out to do the morning chores, everything is calm and not much is moving around.

I am sure some like it as well.

No, you're not. I like winter, too, I love the cold, clear days, I don't mind snow at all, it gives me the opportunity to haul out the cross-country skis or snowshoes. I can't stand heat and humidity, when it hits here I seriously long for January!

I get seasonal depression too and we don't even get that cold here. We had 2 seconds of snow today, I think I counted 5 flakes. I still don't like it.

I wouldn't mind cold and snow or even just the ground being frozen, I can bundle up. It's the constant rain and mud, you can't do anything outside, and the dogs are long haired Irish Setter's that just drag it all inside. I don't let them out to pee as often as they would like because they have to spend two hours in their kennels drying off, either that or I have to bathe them and then dry them, just to spend a few minutes outside.

Yes I'm whining. lol

Frozen sounds GREAT! snow is easier to clean up then mud.

We just bought this house a few months ago and it was re seeded with a beautiful lawn. I just hope the grass comes back in the spring.

Nope, you've got company. The only thing I hate about the cold weather is paying to heat the house. My hubbie does most of the snow clearing though. I expect I might not love it so much if it were all up to me! I hate hate hate humidity much more than cold!
