I Hate Dishonest Sellers!!!!!

This would not have been a problem if he would guaranteed live birds or a refund if they would have died. But like I said I panicked when they were acting funny and the lady at the post office told me about going after the post office for them not being delivered on time. Also it was the fact that the person said they would refund me the money. If they said that the post office did not refund them and kept the money for themselves that would have been fine too because I never would have known. It was the fact that they lied was all i cared about after the fact that the birds perked up and made it.

nope! This really upset me! To hear how Toni was treated. I dont like dishonest people. And seeing people get ripped off..it really bothers me.

I was upset at first, but the birds lived and who knows if the person selling is having a hard time or something and needed the money. Like I said i now have bigger things to worry about than $60. And if they are just being a jerk I hope it comes around and bites them in the dupa as my great grandma would say.

Would it be possible for the seller to send the receipt for the shipping to the buyer? Or does it have to be refunded from the place it was sent?

Hi! If you promise 'live birds', then live birds are expected.
The shipping was paid by the buyer (you just have to make the claim if it is late, correct?) and you refund to buyer (who paid the shipping).
If you can come up with a different worded advert that doesn't say "buyer pays shipping', and not guarantee "live birds delivered", then you might have a genuine complaint.
I don't know how to keep everyone happy, except to say as a seller, you can expect to take some loss.
If you advertise shipped birds, ducks, etc will arrive *alive*, then you will occasionally have to eat it when they don't (due to USPS negligance).

That doesn't give you the right to claim the refunded for shipping charges for 'slow delivery', you should send that back to the buyer.
