I hate leghorns

I just have to share that the Leghorn I posted about yesterday just blessed us with our first ever egg today!! Here she is with The Egg:

I'll have to say, that egg was small but it was the tastiest egg I've ever had! We feel very proud even though the pullet did all the work.

Cogratulations! Now the chickens start earning their keep!

It might have cost hundreds of dollars in building materials and chicken feed to get to that first egg, but you always feel like you won the lottery!

Leghorns are also WAY too common. Help save the less common breeds! They may be egg-laying machines but they almost never go broody and aren't good for meat.
stop viewing these creatures as products or machines there living that feel pain and emotions they were never even made for eggs or meat god made them jungle creatures but people bred them to lay unnatural and unbelievable egg production a normal wild jungle fowls lays 12 eggs a year nowhere near 100 or 300 yikes. They lay more eggs than any domesticated duck breeds because of humans over use and selfishness yeah at the time it okay that was when we were wild and hens didn't feel exhausted after laying and less pain hens may not show signs of pain while laying but they do its okay to collect eggs if oyster shells are given and you let them eat there eggs whenever they want to repleash nutrition or to feed them eggs every once a week 4 eggs rember the eggs are there not ours there just the money for free living and food treat every chciken with respect and let them live there old life after hard work

I don't wholly disagree with you.

But punctuation is your friend.
