One has hatched on day 25 and one has pipped, they are both black and supposed to be Salmon Favorelles. So obviously they are not. This day cannot truly get any worse... between this and the bunnies.... I am going to go cry now.

I had already contacted her about the condition of the box, and essentially it was tough luck. AND the eggs are very small, Jess and I have been saying all along that something was wrong, because our SF lay HUGE eggs. Now this, I am sure she is not going to be very receptive to this.

Good luck with your mystery chicks, I would definatly be naming one Lucky because those are some lucky chicks to survive that trip to your house, no they may not be the eggs they are suppost to be but hopefully they will be replaced. Those are miracle chicks.

Good luck with the baby rabbits, I am expecting baby kittens from my 1st time mommie cat so I am so scard that it will go bad! She has been acting funny all morning.
