I to hate the HOT, HAZY, HUMID days of summer. I went outside this afternoon and I have no idea how hot it was but after an hour of sweating I came in and took a nap. It knocks me right out. Forget cleaning the chicken coops, the sun was right on them. Just finished planting a few flowers in pots and dove into the shower, cooling down now. Spring is nice but to me I dread knowing what is to follow! Give me cooler weather any day.

I love Summer for one reason, and one reason only....CAMPING!! Oh, and my birthday, haha! We go camping during the Summer, and I love camping. If I had a choice, I'd live in a tent. My birthday is in the middle of August, so it fits in perfectly. We go camping every year for my birthday. I hate the heat though, and it gets really hot here.

I hate summer too! Today was 94 and 65% humidity! I got the worst sunburn!!! And all I did was clean the pool and start building my coop (in the garage). It was sooooooooo hot!!!! Here we have 2 seasons, hot and hotter!!!! UGH!!!

I am not going to complain about summer this year, we never really had a spring here, it went fall winter, winter. I usually have my torties out in april the russians didn't get to go out til mid may and the red foots just now got to go out.
