I Hate Wal-Mart!!!

I really loathe walmart. If you forget something at the super walmart that is non-ffod and your in the food isle, with a million kids complaing about how much longer, i'm tired of standing, she's hitting, he's pinching me, so and so is a jerk.
But then again I hate them for so many reasons....I can go in there with all those kids, 2 carts, and my hands more then full, and no one ever offers to help put the bags in the cart, or get me to the car. Nevermind that I just blew $300+ at their store.
they dont care about anyone.

I like Walmart too. My husband used to work there, so I don't think it is such a bad thing. They do donate a lot of money back to the community, so they are not that bad at all. Other stores get their stuff from Asia just as they do. Also you know what you get when you go to walmart, so it is not a real surprise when things are cheap quality. Their clothing is only good for being at home, but nothing beyond that. For better quality you will have to go elsewhere. On food items you do save money, but you have to expect lower quality when it comes to fruits and vegetables. So I don't think it is right to just boycott walmart, since other stores are doing just the same thing. It is you choice where to shop, so just go where you feel comfortable, but please to do not bad mouth one store without looking behind the scenes of the other ones.

whatever walmart still sucks. I rather go to a smaller chain, then one who really doesn't care about the little man, or little mama

What IS made here anymore? Ya cant fault a store for doing what everybody else does. For generations we all lived high. We wanted more and cheaper and never planned for tommorow.........Now it's tommorow and everyone is feeling slighted.

Im not picking on you or your comments, just saying that WE did this as a nation. NOT Walmart.

The heat lamp bulbs from Wally World are over priced I think.I had bought a few over the years.I basicaly try to go to Lowe's.Our local one actualy sell's the frosted BROODER bulb's for about $4 each.I Like them.I don't buy the red I think they get too hot and so do the wally world ones unless you are hanging them above brooder. Our local TSC had 2 packs of bulb's for like $5 this time. They were ok bulb's.Cheaper than the wally world one's for sure and still brooding a guinea under one.It doesnt emmit too much heat just enough.

You are absolutly right. But now We as a country are taking a beating. We as Americans need to do everything we can to buy American made products. Ive only been in Walmart maybe 4 times in the last 2 years. We grocery shop at a local chain. I heat my house with corn from a local farmer. In a corn burner made in the USA. By Americans. Scary thought, We are no longer the richest or strongest country in the world. Sorry bout the rant. Im climbing off the Soapbox now.

I only paid $4.14/ea for them but even at that price you expect them to last longer than 1 day, right? We dont have TSC here(that i know of), just Del's and they are pretty pricey, especially this time of year, for chick stuff. The red bulbs are $9/ea at WalMart! and they do get too hot, that's why i went with the clear. This was the first time i have bought a lightbulb from WalMart, I did buy a thermo/hygro last year and it's still working. They're stuff does wear out quickly, but like someone said, it's to be expected when you go cheap, but still..

one crapped out within an hour and the other the next day.. I just hope i get better, non-dud, ones when i go exchange them...I will have to dig to the back and check the lot numbers, lol.

it doesn't matter where you shop, everything says made in china. I work at walmart in the bakery and I can tell you everything we sell and bake and decorate is made in america! Walmart is full of hard working people who are just trying to make a living and just do their job. If you think standing in line listening to crying kids is not fun, sometimes we hear it for hours..! and we are stuck!

most of the time that is from people bringing their kids shopping when they should be home taking a nap! and the light bulbs are not made at walmart, so how can you be mad at them? they will replace anything or give you money back.
Sorry, I like walmart. Its no different than shopping at target, kmart, or any other store.
