Do your chickens have plenty of room, and do they get outside to free range every day? Overcrowding, too little protein in the diet, and boredom can cause pecking. I have heard of some using pinless peepers before, but I would try to solve the bullying issues first. I have had to rehome a few beautiful wyandottes before because they would be rough on my other milder-mannered chickens.

Search online and you will find them. Amazon sells a sort of bit but it is not nearly as good as the Bumpa Bits. I ordered mine from Canada ... not expensive - a little over $7 for 12 of them. They work so great and do not hurt the hen in any way.
