I have 15 hens and none of them are laying Please Help

I have hatched all of these myself all are 4 months to 1 year old. I just dont know what else to try.

Thank you for all the tips about their feed I will have to try these out as soon as it is time to buy feed again.

There is a way to predict when a hen will go out of and return to laying condition. It involves a careful study of the various shades and colors of a hens' body parts. I won't post how to do it because it is "involved" but it works.
I would really love to learn this if you have some time to explain step by step or let me know where I can find the information. Thank you.

Beaks and legs will bleach out the longer a hen produces eggs, so color needs to return to the body to show she has recovered from laying during the molting period. Combs and Wattles will enlarge and redden when they are getting close to laying or are currently laying, otherwise the color fades and the comb shrinks and becomes dull when they aren't laying.

That is interesting never heard of this before.

I know how you feel... My RIR's are now 180 days old and none of them have laid yet.. I've started telling them that rent is due and I'm going to start eating them! ~.~ Not that I could my girlfriend is against eating them...
