I have 4 Buff Orphinton Hens and I think one might be rooster, how and when can I tell.

in my entirely overrated opinion, that doesn't seem like a very impressive comb at all, I'd say pullet at this point

I know how it can be with a small group and one standing out like that

I have some close to the same age, I can post a pic of the roo we ended up with in the group a bit later. haven't downloaded the pics of them yet ^^
but it's always handy to get a better idea by seeing, for me it does anyway ^^

For me, I think that is a pullet, but you will know for sure later on. (A couple of more weeks)
