Last week we brought home 4 Amberlinks, 4 Sapphire Gems, 4 Easter Eggers, 4 Barred Rock, and 4 Asian Blacks from the local feed/farm store.
1 Amberlink became lethargic last week and died Sunday (see previous posts). Today I noticed another Amberlink acting the same way and she has a sore on her chests. I do have 3 adult Rhode Island Reds that are about 8 months old but I am new to raising chickens.
What should I do about the new little chick with sore? Is it a disease? Is it contagious?
