If mom knows how to use that kind of waterer.
Maybe she does as maybe you've used them before.....watch for leaks and wet bedding.

Not a good time to train to new things....she needs to drink and so do the chicks, best to use something she's used to. Best of cLuck!

Hey yal!
Mama and her chicks are doing good. I just have one quick question:
The chicks' mother is a pure black silkie and their father is a cuckoo silkie. What will they look like once their feathers grow in??
