I have a chick that cant walk it hatched but has never got on 2 legs one is sort of behind it what do I do ?

Sounds like a case of spraddle leg, though it is hard to tell without details. Gerarally, the legs are "hobbled" using Band-Aids until the chick gets straightened out. Go to the search box above right, search "spraddle leg" and find some pics to compare your chick to. There are a lot of threads about it.

If you can post some photos it will certainly help.
