I have a chicken with **HOT** Pink on its neck!! What breed is this?

No it's along her side too and it is bright pink. I really think someone has used a hair dye or something on her

That chicken has sickly looking feathers..

Yes she does we are trying to help her. She looked worse when we first got her. Skin and bone too and she drank like nothing I've seen when I got her home.

I would appreciate any help with understanding what breed this is. I thought it was a Black Giant or Black Australorp that I was getting. I've tried to research any chickens that have this color with no results.
