I have a good problem

Too many eggs....not enough time.

We now have 4 dozen eggs in the fridge and tomorrow I will have another dozen after making trip to the coop.

Hehehe I have it so rough.

Sounds like egg salad, scrabled eggs, egg omlette, egg drop soup, egg/potatoe salad, deviled eggs, quish...

What a problem to have... Egg is as Egg does!!!

When I get to that point I'm gonna try pickling some eggs. So far I'm doing more casseroles or baking to use up the extra eggs.

Mail 'em to me!! We are still only getting one teeny little pullet egg a day. My boys get a few bites each every morning, lol.

i just learned that you can freeze the eggs and use in baking..

crack open the egg and mix the yolk up and pop it in the freezer in a baggie

So far I have given my Dad a couple dozen and sold a few dozen. Just cant seem to keep up with keeping the fridge empty. lol

Not bad for 16 hens and 1 roo. But not to worry I have buff orpingtons I'm sure they are all going to go broody on me.

Congratulations! Only 1 egg whenever my Cornish feels like it lol and yeah, they're still small ones. A bite for one kid.
