I have a huge problem with aggressive rooster. How can I save his poor little personality?

I see him "counting" chickens couple of times a day. Maybe he became wild because I let my flock to forest everyday. I don't know but he is the only rooster that I have so he will be here for a while.

Breeding program sounds cool. How this works?
