I have a mites problem

Can you look inside her beak on the sides for any yellow gunk? Are you seeing the spots or scabs on her comb or anywhere else, but around her beak? It does look like pox, but being around her mouth so much, it reminds me of canker pictures a little. If you see yellow gunk or scabs inside the mouth, check how she smells for a bad odor.

The inside of the scab seems a little yellow but not like gunk or anything. The spots are on her comb also yes. I couldn't see anything down her throat but it was hard to see but she is eating.
I put a little bit of cold sore cream on her scabs seeing its a viral infection so I'm hoping that will be good for it?

I had thought it could possibly be canker which leaves yellow cheesy gunk just inside the sides of the beak, but I think it is pox. Do not disturb the scabs because you can spread the virus. Some put iodine on them to help dry them, but any touching can spead it. Flies and mosquitoes, and direct contact can spread it around the flock, so you may want to separate her with her own food and water.
