I have a mixed flock, but this one’s unique?

Pics
I was hoping these peeps were from your funky girl eagle.
It’s possible one may be she should be laying but I don’t know for sure yet. I may try to just isolate her in side our big coop and see if I get an egg but I’m so paranoid of bothering her or something happening to her since she’s so unique and only one I have like her right now lol

I don't think a day, or two isolation would hurt. It may help to have a buddy next door so she has company.

I think because my coop is so big I could put a small dog crate in there where she’s isolated but with all the same chickens. I can put a small feeder ad watered in there and see if I get an egg or two over a couple days?

That should work.

I know nothing about chicken genetics but I love Eagle and can hardly wait to see what her babies will look like. Hopefully it is a reproduceable trait. I told my son about her because he used to breed ball pythons. He told me about something called Paradox snakes. He said it's a random genetic mutation that can not be passed on by the parents, it's just something that happens. Close your eyes if you don't like snakes, I'm posting an example of a ball python with paradoxing.

Updated pic we got some feathers coming in and definitely have some black spots not really noticing any eagle lookalikes quite yet
I have more leghorn eggs from eagles mom and possible dad, hatching next week.
I put eagle in a dog crate for 3 days and no eggs so we’ll try again in a few weeks to see if she’s laying yet. I’m excited to try and hatch a few of hers and see what we get.
