I agree! Maybe you can market it, if it is heritable. I bet a lot of people would pay to bring that into their flocks.
It’s not every day I get to see something new. When I saw her, I was like: that doesn’t look like any pattern or genes that chickens ought to have. Something totally new!
 
It's the sharp delineation between colors and the irregular border of that I find so unusual. It really reminds me of a ptarmigan when it is halfway through getting its winter plumage.

Back when I was raising/breeding peach-faced lovebirds, one of the members on the forum I was on got a mutation in her birds where the whole head was red instead of just the face.

The following breeding to establish the trait was very intensive, and very rigorously structured. None of this 'just throw them together and see if any more pop out' kind of thing. It's not for the faint of heart. You need real dedication to be able to properly establish the trait.
