I am waiting for my NPIP guy to call me and set the appointment to test my chickens, but I would like to know, if anyone can tell me what the procedure is?
What will be tested? If I want to order new chicks from a hatchery, can I call the NPIP person to test the new chicks as well before mixing them with mine? Do they only come at a certainly interval of time? How old do the chicks have to be before they can be tested? What's the maximum number of chicks they will test in a flock?
Thank you, Arianna

Each state is differnet. I think the chick in South Carolina have to be over 4 weeks to test. And the draw blood under the wing .
